Wedding café has put together some of our favourite one-piece suits from Blue Dude. One-pieces are resurfacing as the style of choice, for women young and old. And why not? They’re classic, sleek, comfortable, and easier and more practical to wear than a bikini.
Wedding café’s favourite one piece swimsuit style, simply because we love nautical blue-and-white stripes. So French, so chic, harkening back, as stripes do, back to Coco Chanel’s early work; she took her stripey theme from French fisherman’s shirts. The little ruffle on this suit gives it a subtle feminine touch, and the narrow stripes make it very wearable.

One-pieces are resurfacing? According to whom? And why would you want to wear a one-piece on your honeymoon? That’s the time to wear something skimpy and sexy, not conservative and matronly.
According to those who have worked in swimsuit retail for several years. And why is it a time to show a lot of skin? Surely he’s already fallen for you?
So you’re saying it’s time to give up because he’s fallen for you? Wow! No wonder half of all marriages end in divorce.

I am 37, I have 2 children & I am getting married in June
I would feel very uncomfortable- & unsexy! in a bikini.
For us women who aren’t as young and thin as we used to be I think these one pieces are perfect
